I've been to a few places to have my nails done now but no where as good as Lily Ps. Really pleased with the service and finished product. I arrived late to my appointment but they were so accommodating making sure I still got the full service I was after. Recommend and I will be back again and again!

Overall: The customer service was amazing, the atmosphere great, and the genuineness of the techs was lovely. Negatives: I felt the products were misleading. It's partially my fault for not reading the full description online, I accept this. It's also a bit unfair to use standard terms in new ways, I.e. a pedicure means trim and paint only. Also not 5 as I requested varnish, since gel always destroys my nails, but I felt the option shouldn't be there as the salon was seemingly unprepared for this. Would have been nice if they could have called me in advance to discuss. Positives: Regardless of the negatives, I will be returning. The techs were kind, professional, and personable. They made me feel much more welcome than any salon I've been to here and were patient with my difficult choices as a customer. They went above and beyond for me despite my unusual preferences, and that means a lot. PS Lily Ps- if youre reading this- I will buy my own flip flops for my next appointment. Thanks for being understanding and helpful despite all.

I have been coming here for over two years. Courtney always provides an excellent customer experience. She is friendly and chatty. I have BIAB with additional gel colour. I have always been pleased with the results and this time was no exception. I would recommend this friendly salon to anyone looking for excellent service and lovely surroundings.
